Secure your booking request today. We will personally contact you with a final quote and to lock in your dedicated delivery time. Please note: We highly recommend calling in advance to confirm availability.


Cancellation Policy

Carnell Direct Booking Policy Our booking process is designed to be as transparent and straightforward as our pricing. We believe in fairness and clarity for all our customers. Please review the following policy before making a booking. 1. How to Secure Your Booking To begin the booking process, we require a $10 Booking Deposit. This non-refundable deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin allocating resources for your job. 2. Final Confirmation and Invoice Once your deposit is received, our team will contact you directly to confirm all the essential details of your delivery (e.g., pick-up/delivery addresses, freight size, and any special requirements). Based on these details, we will calculate the total cost using our transparent formula (Flagship Pickup Price + $1.85/km Rate). A final invoice will then be sent to you with the $10 deposit already credited. Your booking is considered fully confirmed once this final invoice has been paid. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. The following terms apply: Cancellation by Customer: The initial $10 Booking Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel after paying the final invoice, a refund of that final payment amount is only possible if the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of all payments made. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We are happy to transfer all payments made (including your deposit) to a new, available time slot at no extra cost. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation. 4. Our Commitment to You Your trust is our priority. If we ever have to cancel a confirmed booking due to an unforeseen circumstance on our end (such as a vehicle issue or emergency), you will receive an immediate 100% full refund of all payments made, including your initial $10 deposit.

  • South-East & Bayside Suburbs: We provide consistent and reliable routes to Berwick, Brighton, Caulfield, Clayton, Cranbourne, Hawthorn, and Springvale.

Express Service (2-3 Hour Window): When Speed is a Priority

For your most urgent and time-sensitive packages, our Express Service is the solution. We prioritise your delivery, guaranteeing a pickup-to-drop-off time within a 2- to 3-hour window.
